Lead by example

is what my daddy used to say

If you're yelling to get your point across

you haven't made one anyway

The pulpit ain't for bullies 

The admired don't show their ass

And, if you have to brag about yourself

respect ain't gonna last

Thin skin is not a virtue

Arrogance lacks leaderships mantle

He said a boy just can't be man

unless he leads by his example
