Losing my Religion

He lived his life in happiness and bliss
Until she gave him their very first kiss

Now he's attached to her lips, the way she taste
Her mouth so sensual as it meets his face

Her body soft and graced with ease
He mumbles these words as he drops to his knees

I'm losing my religion
Yes, I'm losing my religion

She's ever so cool and always in control
As he enters her skin, she enters his soul

Her love makes him weak but his feelings are strong
As their bodies release he sings and praises in song

I'm losing my religion
Yes, I'm losing my religion

Obsessed with his feeling, She's always on his mind
As he loses his identity, peace is very hard to find

The bliss turns to suffering, the happiness to pain
Ease to agitation and in anguish he exclaims

I'm losing my religion
Yes, I'm losing my religion

He loves her, He hates her, He makes stern demands
He curses her existence for being in the palm of her hand

But one day he'll realize these are self-inflicted wounds
love isn't blind or predicated on the moon

It's not selfish or obsessive or just a random decision
It's spiritual force eternal, and not a man made religion
