Flickering lil candlelight
dreaming of the day
you'll shine
bright
Bright enough to burn like stars
So you'll be wished upon
wherever you are
Bright enough to be a
beacon of light
To guide lost souls
on dark, foggy nights
Bright enough to make the sky
transform
Like a lightning strike
in the middle of
a storm
But don't be envious
lil candlelight
You must be doing
something right
For a thousand candle
your flame
has lit
And your shine
hasn't dulled
not
even
one
bit
