Villains don't come to the rescue

Heroes don't start no war

God, they say, Don't like ugly

 Christians shouldn't take from the poor

Good advise isn't given by the thoughtless

The truth isn't undone by a lie

Rest won't be granted to the wicked

Doers never use the words, I'll try

But hypocrites are reveled by their actions

And words without works are dead

In this time of smoke and mirrors

Let's present candor instead
