When your body needs a little love and what you're doing is 

not enough, Bring it to the mat.


 When the mind is feeling oh so stressed 

and you find it difficult to rest, Bring it to the mat.



 Where muscle are strengthened and then massaged. Where 

knots and kinks can be dislodged. 


Where the breath flows easy and the body and mind, can

 work it out and then unwind.



 BRING IT TO THE MAT!
