Bad Influence

The images that we see r fantasy

but they influence our minds so vividly

They say the face of terror is a certain religion

Now the innocent lie in blood cause we believe the decision

They show a certain gender's stature

beyond repute

the other 

of lower standing, barefoot & mute

they show a race of people to be 

a little less ambitious 

and we believe these lies and our attacks

are really quite vicious

So think about what we believe and how it got in our heads

Cause even those folks of reason can be still be misled

And never fail to question what we're taught to believe

Because the man behind the curtain has more tricks up his sleeve

Its the seductive sway of that constant stream

the non stop images in print and on screen

That emotional attachment that becomes our faith

and creed

That we must root out before it plants its destructive seed
